Terms & Conditions

Scope. These terms apply to CYRUNS Sports & Wellness, Indian Running Day, Cyruns Virtual, related event registrations, website use, newsletters, certificates, media, and participant communications.

Registration and participation. Participants are responsible for submitting accurate information, selecting an appropriate distance or category, and ensuring they are medically fit to run, walk, cycle, or participate in any related activity. Minors should participate only with consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.

Health and safety. Participation is voluntary. CYRUNS and Indian Running Day are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, delay, or damage arising from unsafe participation, incorrect information, weather, local restrictions, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Payments, kits, and certificates. Registration fees, kit dispatch, certificate eligibility, and event deliverables may vary by event category and partner platform. Certificates and downloadable assets may be issued after verification of submitted details where applicable.

Media consent. By sharing photographs, videos, testimonials, run records, or other event material, participants allow CYRUNS and Indian Running Day to use that material for event operations, certificates, social media, website galleries, media coverage, and future promotions.

Newsletter communication. Newsletter subscription requests may be stored by CYRUNS and used to send updates about Indian Running Day, CYRUNS events, community initiatives, offers, and service announcements. Users may request removal by contacting support@cyruns.com.

Code of conduct. Users must not submit false information, upload unlawful or offensive material, misuse certificates or frames, interfere with website security, copy protected content without permission, or use CYRUNS platforms for harassment, fraud, spam, or discriminatory conduct.

Privacy. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, Data Protection, IT Security & Ethical Code of Conduct.

Updates. CYRUNS may update these terms, event details, website content, and operational processes when required. Continued use of the websites or event services means acceptance of the latest terms.
